MiniCLEAN Neutron Analysis Workshop, July 9-10, 2010

Description :
Welcome!

Logistics:
The meeting will be held in building 26, room 528 on the MIT campus: http://whereis.mit.edu/
Information on how to get to MIT: http://web.mit.edu/visit/get-around.html
For hotel information, please see document #cl1006022 on the vault.

Videoconferencing:
We will use ESNET with meeting number 88CLEAN. If you plan to connect by phone only, the number is (510) 883 7860, with meeting code 88CLEAN and no pin (enter # when prompted for the meeting pin). We will call in at least half an hour before the meeting starts. In case you are disconnected, the phone in the meeting room is 617-324-5683.

Please upload your slides before your talk.
To upload slides:
0) login (button at upper right of page) as user MiniCLEAN, with the standard collaboration website password
1) click on the pencil ikon to the left of your talk title in the agenda below (the agenda is best viewed in "IT style" view)
2) click on the "files" tab
3) use the "Add New Material" box
If all else fails, please email your slides to kjp (at) mit.edu
